Juneteenth, and Beyond

This Juneteenth, on the anniversary of the emancipation of the last remaining slaves of the confederacy, we committed ourselves to doing better, both at Mintz and beyond. We are spending time listening to and exchanging thoughts with each other about the inequities that persist within the legal industry and our firm. And we are committing ourselves to the hard work of understanding and addressing the seemingly intractable issues that have created long-standing barriers to progress. With intentionality and a desire to do better, we look forward to greater equity in our communities, both nationally and locally.
